inconsistent stay
small room unhelpful staff
the location near public transport was acceptable.
the room was small i cannot imagine having luggage there was nowhere to put it the restaurant was overpriced and terrible the staff there seemed unhelpful too.

The room included a well-equipped kitchen. I also found the availability of tea and coffee bags quite useful (for a quick morning boost).
The trip to the Old Town required a 25-minute drive.

poor service potential racism
the apartment was well designed with a comfortable bed. the cooking facilities in the studio were also a huge positive.
the customer service at the desk started well, but some staff chose to ignore me when i tried to redeem my drink voucher. i was sent from the bar to the front desk, only to be refused service and told to walk back. i felt the lady chose to help the white customer after i returned.
